A native New Yorker, one of Judith’s first jobs was with the nonprofit Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports magazine, where she was promoted to customer-relations manager overseeing a team of seven.

After moving to California, Judith continued her work in every facet of the nonprofit sector. As a grant writer, she raised more than a million dollars for local nonprofits.

Judith segued from grant to freelance writing, specializing in distilling complex, clinical information into an easy-to-read, accessible format. Her articles can be found at the breast-cancer online community Pinklotus.com and the college-scholarship website Unigo.com.

When both her sons were in college, Judith returned to school herself to obtain her Master of Professional Accountancy from CSUN’s David Nazarian School of Business and Economics.

Working as the accounting manager at ACap brings Judith’s professional experiences full-circle, combining her passion for people and numbers to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
